Our commitment
Good Hope Homes wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The site is partially conformant with that standard: some content does not yet fully meet it. We checked the site ourselves.
What we've done
- Keyboard — a skip-to-content link, a visible focus outline, and navigation links you can Tab to.
- Screen readers — page regions, the current page, and icon buttons are labeled, and decorative graphics are hidden.
- Forms — fields are labeled and required fields are marked.
- Motion and layout — reduced-motion settings are honored, and pages reflow for small screens and zoom without sideways scrolling.
Known limitations
- Some clickable cards — a few plan and home cards are clickable areas rather than links. Everything they open is also reachable from the main navigation. We are converting them.
- Drawings — the text alternative for an elevation or floor plan names the plan but does not describe the layout. Email us and we will describe any drawing.
The AI chat assistant
The chat in the lower-right corner works by keyboard: Tab to the chat button, press Enter to open it, type, and press Enter to send. New replies are announced to screen readers. If the chat does not work with your tools, email us instead.
Assistive technology
We aim to work with common screen readers (such as NVDA and VoiceOver) and current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Third-party content
Our forms are processed by JobTread, and some links go to Zillow and other outside sites. We do not control their accessibility, but we will help you with anything on them you cannot get to.
