  • Current certificate of insurance with general liability coverage, naming Good Hope Development, LLC DBA Good Hope Homes as additional insured
  • Licensed in the trade where applicable
  • Workers' comp coverage for all on-site personnel
  • Signed subcontractor agreement before work starts
  • Follows OSHA safety rules and keeps a clean job site
  • W-9 on file before first payment
